Program Evaluation & Monitoring

To properly evaluate the effectiveness of a program (s) in your organization, we use research-based strategies to identify key challenges plaguing your organization and propose solutions.

We will identify:

  • The goals of the program
  • New and existing resources that will be used to support the program
  • The main things that the project will do to meet the goals
  • The number and types of tangible results that will be achieved (data sources and things that can be counted or directly observed)
  • Short-term results of the program/project and how they will be measured (typically, changes in knowledge, skills, attitudes)
  • Midterm results to include what steps to take after the initial outcomes
  • Long-term results (typically, changes in broader conditions)
